Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other cities and towns: 5–8 business days
• Remote locations: 8–12 business days

Shipping Charges

Free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,000. Orders below ₹2,000 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹149. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to an additional COD charge of ₹50.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your RASMAYA piece. If you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Customised or personalised items are non-returnable unless defective

Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges for size or colour variants of the same product, subject to availability. For exchanges, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
